I am am using Google checkout to sell advertising space on our site, so we do not have a product that is delivered - how do we get rid of all the shipping/delivery details/information on the Google checkout site?

If you don't check the "shipping" checkbox in product configuration you do in E-junkie seller admin, Google Checkout will not prompt buyer for the shipping address.
