My email address is showing up on the paypal page, which is confusing my customers.

I know this issue is listed on your troubleshooting page and so I followed your advice - I uploaded my logo and also tried replacing my paypal email with my business name, but neither of these has solved the problem.

Is there another way to ensure that my email does not show up on the paypal page?

That sounds like you have a personal PayPal account. Please upgrade to Business PayPal account.
