I have just received e-mail stating pending payment for my product. Would like to know what pending statement means
and how do i rectify????? or what do i do??????

Payment can be pending due to it being an eCheck (when buyer pays from their bank account, payment takes 4-6 days to clear) or due to a setting in your PayPal account, in which case when you "accept" the payment, PayPal will ask and store your preferences.
