Refund & Affliate commissions

With regard to customer refunds on purchases via affiliates, I am assuming that to process a refund I would simply use the 'Refund some money' button in my Google Checkout account (which I am using to receive payments). If I do this, then as well as the customer being refunded the payment by Google Checkout, the affiliate would also get an automatic email from EJunkie to indicate that the sale had been reversed, so that the affiliate would no longer be expecting a commission payment from me for that sale?

Yes, you use to 'Refund Some money' button to make a refund.

Incase of a refund, the Affiliate won't be notified but can see the refund in the logs available in affiliate admin.
