a seller of the name BOSINGER, KEN ENTERPRISES INC posted iPhones... I bought one... transfered the money to his account on MoneyGram of the these info:

First Name : Acer
Last Name : Parco
Address : 28690 Old Town Front St, Temecula, CA 92590

the sales person sayes his name is Marc Chatfield... email: ma.rcchatfield@yahoo.com

after he received the money started talking about problems and stuff and didn't refund the money nor shipped the iPhone.

any body knows how i can get my money back? please let me know... I payed $370 for this cheating fellow...

i want to check on seller that wants western union payment?

1- don't ever send Western Union /MoneyGram /or cheque money transfer... only Credit Card or Bank Transfer cos you can claim and return the money if you didn't receive your goods...
2-the seller must be company. he should then use the company email not yahoo or hotmail
3-get the company number and call them. ask for the customer service and check on the sales person, return policy, refunding, company services and history...
4-if you are getting a much better price from your seller that means something is worng.. don't believe it.
