awful bit clean client confirmation date default dump email enough feature forwarding generate groups grueling hoping issues item items manually order page parameters passed reformatting release single thank-you together variable

I've been told a couple of time that there is a new feature coming out that will generate a confirmation email PER ORDER instead of PER ITEM. We do get a confirmation email now from E-Junkie, but it's like a big variable dump and that is not good enough for my client, so right now I am manually reformatting that email and forwarding it on for them for every single order. It's awful and grueling work and I'm hoping this new feature comes out soon. Is there a release date for it?

That would make some sense since the default "Thank You" page groups the items together for you.

I'm having issues with some of the parameters getting passed around anyway - I think the whole thing could use a bit of clean up.
