Claiming the commission in case of a refund

I intend to offer customers a 15 day guarantee period within which they can get a full refund, no questions asked. If a customer who has purchased via an affiliate claims a refund for me and I have already paid the affiliate 50% of the sale price, how easy is will it be for me to claim the 50% commission on that sale back from my affiliate so that
I am not out of pocket?

If you are paying your affiliates on 15th of each month, then that gives you enough time for any refund claims. In case of refunds or reversals, the commission is deducted automatically. However, that affects the amount that's being paid.

However, In case a payment is refunded after an affiliate has been paid, you can't claim back the commission.
