Can I indicate a flat rate of shipping for each item listed...no matter where it goes in the US?

Setting a flat rate for each item is easy. Simply set the shipping cost per ounce in E-junkie Seller Admin > Shipping Settings to 1.

Then the weight of each item you enter while adding or editing your product will basically become it's cost of shipping.
