I LOST MONEY SENDING MULTIPLE PRODUCTS WHEN EJUNKIE CRASHED

What can you guys do about sending products out when your own system crashes and no one tells us what is going on in real time.
All we can do is start processing purchases ourselves only to find out later you start shipping the products.
Now my customers have double the product.
Where is support during all last week?
