189 210 242 abuse address allowed blocked cart checkout due e-product error free hours inputs message offer period plan prevent prior process product selling setting testing times unblock website

I'm in the process of setting up my website and I got the following message when I was testing my checkout

Cart Error: Free Checkout blocked for your IP address (12.210.189.242) due to abuse.

Why did I get this message? Please unblock it.

My plan was to offer my e-product for free for a period of time to get product inputs prior to selling it.

We can not unblock it. To prevent abuse, one IP is not allowed to use free checkout more than 5 times in 48 hours.
