admin appearing button buy buyers check checked download ebook edit email file help paypal pdf product site templated uploaded

Buyers that buy my ebook with the buy now button on my site (paypal) keep saying their download is not appearing. I uploaded the pdf file on e-junkie. Can you please help?

Please make sure that you have uploaded the file for your product, the download box is checked and "needs templated email" is not checked. You can check all this by going to admin > edit product.
