Did not receive the "thank-you" email

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong....I've been trying to test your service with my wife's paypal account. The paypal purchase went very smoothly (thank you), but neither my wife's e-mail address or mine received the automated 'thank you' message. When I re-sent the thank you message then we received the copies. I've probably
misunderstood something - any help greatly appreciated. If I can get this sorted out, and an ebay test goes smoothly, then I'm sure to sign up to a subscription.

If the payment status is "complete", please see our troubleshooting page for possible issues.

If the payment is pending due to it being an echeck or for any other reason (contact PayPal for possible causes), the email will be sent once the payment is completed.

If you want, you set your preference to process pending payments as instant payments in E-junkie Seller Admin > Preferences.
