I have this setup with the auto-return set to ON and Payment Data Transfer ' to 'On'. But I get a message that "This product combination does not exist". What's wrong with my page.

Your PayPal settings have no bearing on "This product combination does not exist". error. That can occur if while pasting the code your html editing application broke it or if you have changed the item number in E-junkie admin but are not using the new code after that.
