2nd allow confirmation depending email entered field information input inputed message option os1 os2 os3 template text textfield users variabled variants

I am going be using the textfield option for 'Variants which provide more information' and allow users to enter input a message. Is it possible to have the text they entered inputed into the confirmation email?

Yes, the template variabled you can use for that are [%os1%],[%os2%] and [%os3%] depending on whether the text field is your 1st, 2nd or 3rd option.
