I am trying to set up a Pay Pal Id for paying the subscription fee. Paypal says that my acct with e-junkie is "E-junkie Service for Client ID XXX". 1st I am Identified as follows: PayPal securely processes payments for your merchant, 19.5 Degrees. NOTE I am not this merchant! 2nd when I try to login to paypal I get the following message "The information you entered doesn't match our records. Please try again" 3rd when I try to get my password via the process I get a request to add the last 4 digits of my phone # .WHATS GOING ON??

You are not identified by "19.5 Degrees", we are. You are paying us, we are the merchant in this case.

As for your PayPal issues, you need to contact them.
