I have a question about the shopping cart and different currencies. When the shopping cart window shows up, it displays the cost of the goods, using my primary Paypal currency. Is there a way / tool such as a dropdown list which would allow people from Europe to see the equivalent amount in Euros before proceeding with the check-out?

Unfortunately, E-junkie cart can only display prices in one currency, and that's the currency you have selected while adding or editing your product.

That's the same currency buyers will pay during checkout and PayPal will show buyers the conversion factor and price in the currency balance they have in their PayPal account.
