account admin apparent bit cart-discounts certificate certificates configuration create deal direction gift option product screen

I'm still not seeing how to set up the gift certificate deal... it's not apparent to me on the product configuration screen. Can you give me a bit more direction?

Gift Certificates are created for the whole account, not per product.. so there is no such option in product configuration as such. You have to create them in Admin > Cart Discounts.
