When a sale goes through who takes care of the tax? Do I as the owner of the file absorb the tax money and deal with it myself or do you as the site deal with the tax (VAT and otherwise)?

Our cart can calculate and add tax to the order total but the merchant (you) are responsible for paying the taxes charged to proper authorities.
