Does E-junkie tell paypal not to send the IPN?

I have the IPN setup in PayPal going to the script on my site. I also have another site with a different shopping cart using the same PayPal pro account and I'm getting the sales reported via IPN from that site but not the ones from my ejunkie cart. Does the ejunkie cart tell paypal not to send the IPN or what?

For all the sales originating from E-junkie buttons, the IPN is sent to E-junkie.

You don't need to put anything in your PayPal IPN URL setting as we pass the IPN setting to PayPal when our purchase buttons are clicked.

The only times we ask you to enter our IPN URL in your PayPal account is if you are selling without using our button code (like on eBay) or if you want to create and run an affiliate program using E-junkie.

Im trying to set up an affiliate program but I dont understand where I am supposed to enter in the Paypal e-junkie IPN URL.

I tried to find the option in Paypal where it asks for the IPN URL, but I couldnt find it.

If I don't enter this in and an affiliate makes a sale, does it get recorded or not?

If you are using E-junkie-provided purchase-button codes you do NOT need to manually configure PayPal IPN at all. When a buyer takes an order from our buttons/cart to PayPal for checkout, we automatically include our IPN URL along with the order data.

If you are using E-junkie's built-in Affiliate program, any Affiliate who referred the sale via their link would get credited for the sale automatically. See here for more information on how our Affiliate programs work and the different link types:

Also, we recently added some new Common Affiliate Program Settings in Admin. These allow you to configure an across-the-board commission percentage and issue just one common Hop Link to each Affiliate for all of your products, and you can also specify the URL of a page on your site to which Affiliates could refer for more info/instructions. Any product-specific Affiliate link settings would take precedence over the "default" Common settings, and if you delete product-based Affiliate settings while having Common settings, any old Hop Links issued would continue to work as equivalent to a new Common Hop Link.
