When a person click's on Buy now button from my webpage I want it to go to paypal Payment page in Espanol, Francais,Deutsch.

Please help me modify the code Accordingly, please send me the html code which I can use. Thank's in advance

You can append &lc=ES (for Spanish) and &lc=FR (for French) to the purchase URL in the button code.

This code doesn't seem to work anymore, also is it possible to add multi-lingual support for the cart feature (through the template, or a place where we can write in translation of the standard words).

That code only works for Buy Now buttons, as PayPal will make their own determinations about what language to display based on cart settings:

No matter what kind of button you use, PayPal will display the appropriate language based on things such as the buyer's previous PayPal use, their browser settings or the country selected as a shipping destination in the cart, so it generally isn't necessary to code the language straight into the button.
