90850 91029 according auction buy digital download ebay fixed followed goods instructions item items listing matter number prices product sell

I want to know when listing ebay digital goods for same product if we have to get a new number or is it the same item number. I have two 90850 and 91029. Also can I use an auction with a fixed buy it now. Will that affect the download according to prices or is the number good all the time.
