charged clients collect discounted items manually offer rates refund reselling state tax thank-you

I have some clients that I offer discounted rates to. They will not be charged tax because they will be reselling the items. How do I do this? They live in the state that I collect tax in. Thank You.

I am sorry but that's not possible to achieve. You can however, manually refund them the tax.
