I went back and tried to paste the view button on each page and it would not paste correctly. I even replaced the code several times. Do you have to add the view button at the time you add the pay button? Because the view
buttons I added the same day of the pay buttons posted correctly. I copied and pasted all the buttons the same way.

The order in which you add the buttons does not matter.
