Can I also offer my non-downloadable products (CD's, books, etc) using e-junkie? I currently use PayPal directly but I would like to standardize my entire site. If so, can a customer order a CD and a download in the same cart? Also, can I assume I won't have to pay the paypal fees that currently pay for each hard product sell?

You can use E-junkie to list tangible items as well. PayPal charges it's transaction fee on each transaction.
