I am a bit distressed to see that when I use your send Free Updates utility, the resulting log has blank entries for names and email addresses!
This is a big problem for me, as I need to know with whom I need to follow up to be sure they actually download and install the latest, critical, updates of my software.
Why are those fields blank? and is there a way for you to repopulate the the current table? and can this issue be fixed for future use?

It's not a bug, since updates are being sent to existing contacts, it will be an overhead for us to duplicate that information over and over again.
The only bug currently is that "update" entries are visible in "free download" logs. Eventually, these entries won't be logged.
