"view cart" button and tax calculation

1) I am selling ESD (MP3 downloads). Once i upload all of my files (I am using your server for now) and i embed the "buy now" button code for each item into the html page where my "shopping cart" is, do i only need to download and embed the "view cart" button code ONCE - which would be relevant for all of my items? it is by default offered for each item as i upload it, but i am kind of hoping that I only need to embed the link and button once on my page. Have i got this right?

2) for provincial/state/country sales tax, i am using Pay Pal for payment options. i take it that the tax is calculated by Pay Pal. Do I then need to figure it out and pay it to each province and state - or is Pay Pal in effect collecting it and sending it to each government. not clear here!

You need the VIEW CART button only once on each page. For each product, you need "ADD TO CART", not "buy now" button code.

You are responsible for paying taxes.
