still no help from ejunkie support after 2 weeks. can someone else help again by checking to see if you can get all the way to the paypal screen in IE and Firefox. Customers are still complaining that the PayPal link is dead. http://www.clearconnectionscallingcards.com Thanks # POSTED ON: March 31, 2008 @ 23:06 GMT -7 |

Just tried it here and managed to add items to cart, checkout to paypal, and view cart without any problems. I'm on Firefox 2.0.0.13. Seems fine. # POSTED ON: April 1, 2008 @ 10:34 GMT -7 |

I've just tested this in both IE and Firefox, and it seems to work fine in both browsers on XP. A bit of delay waiting on PayPal to respond, but that's on their end, nothing to do with E-junkie nor your site. I'd suggest advising your customers to be patient while PayPal catches up to them after they click the Checkout button. # POSTED ON: April 1, 2008 @ 18:06 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: April 1, 2008 @ 18:07 GMT -7 |

Thanks guys. I appreciate the help. Not sure why customers are having problems and I hope the changes I tried made it work for the customers. # POSTED ON: April 1, 2008 @ 18:31 GMT -7 |
