Error: E-Junkie was unable to connect to my server

I'm trying to connect E-Junkie to a perl script on my server that sends customers their registration code. As a relatively new CGI programmer, I seem to be missing something obvious.

If I enter the URL below in my broswer, the script runs as expected.

When I specify the URL as the "Payment Variable Information URL" and use admin to request a free Thank You, I get an Email saying E-Junkie was unable to connect to my server. Can you see what I'm missing?

You might get that error if your script does not output anything in 60 seconds. You can simply print a "space" or anything.
