"Letter" classification for shipping

I am trying to integrate E-junkie with SwiftCD. I have gotten pretty far along in the process and was doing some tests. On the SwiftCD website, it claims a 3 ounce package will cost $0.75 to send via First Class Mail to a destination in the US. If I proclaim my product on E-junkie to be a 3 ounce Small Envelope and then attempt to put it in my e-junkie cart, the shipping is $1.47. When I go to the USPS website (http://postcalc.usps.gov/), I get $0.75 if I select "Letter" and I get $1.47 if I select "Package." I assume SwiftCD is sending these CDs under the "Letter" classification. Is there anyway to get E-junkie to calculate its shipping (to the US and to international destinations) assuming the USPS "Letter" classification?

It's not possible to use "letter" pricing with E-junkie. You can however set a percentage discount on shipping in E-junkie seller admin > Cart settings to lower the shipping cost E-junkie calculates OR you can simply set the shipping to 0 and include the cost in the product
price itself.
