 IPN setting with E-junkie

I need to have paypal IPN switched ON in my paypal account for another shopping cart that I'm using with the account. Will it affect my ejunkie account if I have it switched on?

You IPN setting in the PayPal account will not affect E-junkie service unless you are using E-junkie to sell on eBay.
