What I'm looking for is for a customer to purchase through e-junkie... then after they've completed their order they're then redirected to a page where they have to fillout a webform with all their webdesign specifications. Can this be done?

E-junkie supports "variable pricing" as well, so you can create a simple button using which your clients can pay any amount they owe you. After the payment they can be redirected to any page you want (please see redirection in our help page).
