I'm a new e-junkie seller. I've uploaded 10 digital products (all .pdf files) and have had several sales already. But one file refuses to download for my customers, giving them an error message saying that it is not a .pdf file (which it IS). Do you have any idea what might be causing this? I've just uploaded a re-saved .pdf file, just in case it was something in the original file, but would like to know why this happened. # POSTED ON: March 27, 2008 @ 18:18 GMT -7 |

If you go to Admin > Edit Product and edit your product, you can see the name of the uploaded file. Please make sure that it ends in .pdf. Also make sure that "download" checkbox is checked. Then, press "next" on that page and ensure that you the "remote url" field is either blank or only contains "http://". If both those things are fine, then please send customer service a "free download link" from E-junkie seller admin so they can test this. # POSTED ON: March 27, 2008 @ 18:19 GMT -7 |
