Upgrade subscription for more storage space ASAP

I need to upgrade my account effective immediately. When I tried to do this, I received a message saying I will be charged the new subscription fee at the beginning of my next billing cycle. However, I need more storage space ASAP.

That's fine. The limits are updated as soon as you modify the subscription.

Natasha--

How do I (unaided) modify my subscription? I need to add more GBs (am at 2999 @ $165 a month, currently).

All of the pricing plan upgrade options are set to n/a at my level. Repeated emails and form submissions have gone unanswered.

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

For upgrading the storage space you can choose a new subscription plan from Admin > Start Subscription.

Thanks for getting back with me so promptly, Natasha, but new subscription plans are not available to me on a simple point-and-click basis now that I'm at the 2999 MB level. All of the upgrade options are "grayed out," in that they are marked with an asterisk as "n/a."

The only info I see is, "To UPGRADE, use the same PayPal account." But there's no way to do that! If I go to PayPal, I don't see an option to increase my subscription.

The last time I needed an additional GB of storage, I had to write in a special request to info@e-junkie.com and then wait for several days!

Your upgrade system needs revamping, sorry to say. No, it is not automatic for your larger accounts; it's as though customer service dries up as soon as we start paying more!

Thanks,

D.

Thanks DynaHunk - I am in exactly the same position. Without more storage I can't open my store - it was supposed to be open by now, but thanks to this issue, I can't move.

Though it is fairly new to me, I've become a fan of e-junkie. It seems like a perfect solution for what I need. Sadly, as of the support situation right now, I'm losing serious faith and starting to look for alternatives.

NatashaSen - It's encouraging that you respond, thank you. If we are to follow your directions, it means that we will have two subscriptions, both for at least $125/month. Is the option still available for 1 gig at $20 per month?

I think Natasha might have wanted me to first cancel the existing subscription, but that can't be right, because then I'd have to re-upload all my videos...?

I'm at the point now where I get an extra GB for each additional $20 I pay each month, so the pricing's in my favor now. There's quite a hump to get over, the way their pricing works, but I think it's pretty fair and clear-cut. If only upgrading were an automatic process past the first few GB's....

I've been using e-junkie for about half a year now, and have had few problems with it besides last week's sluggish customer service. The price is definitely competitive with what's out there, and I like the System Admin functionality overall.

PS Robin got back to me via email yesterday, so that gives me confidence.
