I officially stopped my subscription via your "cancel" subscription button a short time ago. Today I was notified that my "grace period" was over. I didn't know that I had a grace period. we only offer a grace period so if a buyer has accidentally canceled the subscription or had forgot to renew the subscription, their service won't be interrupted. # POSTED ON: March 28, 2008 @ 11:09 GMT -7 |
