abuse address allowed blocked cart checking checkout error free happens hours message order prevent product purchasing ryan times tomorrow try unblock

Can someone tell me what this error message means:

cart error: free checkout blocked for your ip address:

It happens when checking out. The person getting it may be purchasing his own product from the same IP address several times. Is that why?

In order to prevent abuse, one IP is not allowed to use free checkout more than 5 times in 48 hours. We can not unblock it. Try it tomorrow and it should work.
