Why don't we receive an email from E-junkie each time a sale is made? We have "Send me an E-junkie notification for each sale" checked under General Preferences. It's always been set up that way, yet we stopped receiving the E-junkie notification emails yesterday. We still get a notification from Google Checkout or PayPal when a sale is made, but we should also get an email from E-junkie. # POSTED ON: March 31, 2008 @ 14:07 GMT -7 |

I'll suggest checking your spam filter. Another way will be to temporarily change your login email to a gmail or yahoo address so that way you can confirm that the issue is with your current email. # POSTED ON: March 31, 2008 @ 14:27 GMT -7 |

As a backup option, you may wish to enable "receive a copy of email sent to your customer"; this can also be formatted as a template (enable Templated Email) for easier reading, where you just type out the message as you want it to appear and insert [%values%] wherever you want those to appear among the regular text. # POSTED ON: April 1, 2008 @ 13:11 GMT -7 |
