Even a little difference in weight will cause a big difference in international shipping whereas it will make little or no difference in domestic shipping.

In the shipping calculations, I want to use CASE "c". I can do this fine for domestic shipping, but I also sell quite a bit internationally. I sell 11"x17" posters and here's what I want:
US---regular size tube - up to 7 shipped together at 5.00
CANADA--regular tube - up to 7 for 16
Everywhere else--regular tube - up to 7 for21
Can you help me do this?

Currently we only differentiate between domestic and international. Soon you will be able to specify custom costs for each country, but that can't be done now.

For now, you can achieve what you need by setting the tube weight to 1 ounce and setting custom shipping price to 5 for (domestic) and 21 for international. Then when our enhanced shipping customization is available, you can add a rate of 15 for Canada.
