Hello, I was a subscriber on the $5 plan and recently I upgraded to the $10 plan and when I did so, I changed my PayPal account to a different account. Since you used a new paypal account, you create a new subscription rather than upgrading old one. If you let the customer service know your old PayPal email, they can cancel your old subscription and refund your payment. # POSTED ON: October 26, 2007 @ 02:31 GMT -7 |
