I've been using the e-Junkie system happily for almost 2 years now to sell PDF files which the customer downloads.

Other shopping carts have a scrolling Terms of Use window that happens before the customer can download the file. The customer must click that they've read the content of that window before they're allowed access to the link.

I desperately need this feature but cannot find documentation to say whether that is available here or how to implement it if it is.

This is not possible to do with E-junkie. You can use our redirection feature to redirect the buyer on your site though, show them then terms and then redirect the buyer to default E-junkie thank you page. You will need a web developer to implement this.
