uploading file problem

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can help. I'm trying to upload a file that's about 561mbs and I can't get the e-junkie server to respond to the request. I've tried safari, firefox and an older version of internet explorer with no success.

1.) Is there a file size limit for upload and if so, #2) how do I go about getting this file to upload?

Is there an ftp access point for sellers to upload products of this size? I'm using the maximum package so it says I get 999mbs of diskspace, so I'm not sure if I'm missing something here.

Any help would be beyond appreciated as we're looking to launch our sales site on the 4th. I've emailed Robin K and e-junkie with no response in the last 10 days, so if anyone could help, it would mean a lot to me.

Thank you,
Trish

First, go to your Seller Admin > View Account Summary to make sure you don't already have a partial upload taking up space. If so, you may need to delete that product from your cart to delete the file -- or keep the product and upload a tiny dummy file (like a blank .txt file) to replace the current file -- then reupload your file from scratch again.

Tyson,
I did what you said and there is no partial upload taking place. I've been trying for the last 10 days to upload this file and it simply won't go on to your server. Why, I have no idea. The only thing that worked was when Natasha uploaded the file for me last night, however that didn't even work because the actual file is 560.92 mbs and all that was visible today was a file that was 148 mbs-which is obviously not the entire file. When I downloaded what was there to check out if it was the correct file, I tried the download 4 times and all files were corrupted and my expander just shut down after the download.

I very much need this problem solved immediately as we've already pushed our launch back twice now because of the problem.

Please advise. I'm trying to upload again now, but I keep getting a message that says, Initiating upload--and along the bottom it says sending request to e-junkie--waiting for response. This message flashes about every 3 seconds with no response.

It's like the server isn't recongizing the file size or file type.

I would very much appreciate help or an ftp where I can upload the files myself.

Thanks,
Trish

Tyson,
This morning I attempted to upload again and finally after 2 hours, I got a message saying that the maximum upload size had been exceeded. Now the file is only 560.92 mbs, which according to the information box is said to be within limits as I have the 999 mb package.

I really need help with this as soon as possible.

Thank you,
Trish
