Ok, hopefully the employees at Ejunkie read these boards more then the submitted help emails i have sent. I have got to get some stuff added to the transaction logs. There are all kind of fields in the log that are not usefull yet i cant even see how much the buyer paid in shipping and how much tax was charged. Now we hadnt had a tax charge yet so i dont know if it will add that column once we do. The main thing is i have to know the shipping paid and the tax charged to run a business using e junkie, please advise if i can set this up myself and how or if you can. i had a reply email 2 months ago saying it would take two weeks to do, and yet its not done, thank you. # POSTED ON: April 4, 2008 @ 11:32 GMT -7 |

At present, the cost breakdowns you describe are not listed in our standard transaction logs, so you would need to track those costs independently at your end by your own means. We have no future plans to extend our log formats to include this or any other additional data, as we are focused on providing essentials and easy simplicity, rather than trying to be everything to everybody. # POSTED ON: April 11, 2008 @ 12:42 GMT -7 |
