I've got a new affiliate who plans to pre-pay for around 1000 copies of my ebook each month to use for clients. I plan to track and deliver by using the clients email address but Im not sure how to offer an interface that will allow his clients to submit their email and then they'll get a unique download of my ebook.
Any thoughts?

The best way I can think of is to generate 1000 one time use discount codes for an amount which matches price of the book. Then the affiliate can send these codes to the buyers who can then use the code and then checkout for free (if you are using our cart buttons). You will get their email and name etc. in that case.
