I purchased a CD a few days ago and never received the link/instructions for download. I have been in contact with the merchant (who is currently on tour) and he asked me to try to contact you directly to try to help me figure out the problem. Can you help me or refund me so that I can try again.

I am not sure why merchant referred you to us. We only provide technology to merchants. We do not handle their customer support. You should contact PayPal for the refund.
