address announcement buyers caught confirmation delayed emails help hour hours instant ipn level none notification payment paypal receive send service status subscription upgraded waiting working

I upgraded my subscription level today using same paypal address. Now none of my buyers receive the emails. Did i do anything wrong? Please help!

Emails did send to my buyers after all. But It took 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Is that just me or everyone else?

I.e., PayPal was doing something that delayed their IPN (Instant Payment Notification), but they finished what they were working on, so we should now be caught up with any emails that were waiting on payment confirmation from them.
