accounts alternative business canadian expensive files frustrating integrate micropayments mp3 nicked opened paypal products selling

paypal has not opened up micropayments to canadian accounts yet. this is really frustrating cause if you're in the business of selling mp3 files and products below $8 you get nicked as hard as people selling more expensive products. do you guys know a good alternative that you integrate with for doing micropayments?
