I did not see this option when we sign up. And We are already paying $145.00/month for our 500+ items (1000+MB) account. Does that not qualify us for high level of free checkout?

I apologize David, I was not informed that there was an even higher number of free checkouts for are really large plans. I checked on your account and you are set to allow 1000 free checkouts per day.
