 email graphic not showing

I uploaded my company's graphic for the confirmation page, but it just shows a broken link icon. If I click the icon it says that the graphic was not found. What should I do?

If you are talking about the thank you page, then you should make sure that the HTML you are pasting is correct. We display it as-it-is to the buyer.

I am talking about the page that comes up when a visitor does a free download for example. When they go to check out, they are brought to a page that asks for their name and email. It used to have the name of my company, but now it has an icon for a broken link to an image.

Ah! That sounds like you uploaded a bad image file E-junkie seller admin > Profile. Just upload your logo there and it'll be fixed.
