Is there a way to set up a shipping table? I used that in Mals-E Commerce, it worked pretty well. Basically it looked like this: 0-3 lbs $7.50 3.1-6lbs $11.50 6.1-9lbs $15.50 9.1-12lbs $21.50 Everything above that, was $26.50.........so you just assigned weights to each product, and wherever it fell into with the order, thats what the customer pays. Is there a way to do something similar here? # POSTED ON: May 8, 2008 @ 14:51 GMT -7 |

You may be able to figure out something similar, but I don't think we can do flat-rate tables with weight ranges per se; please see some of the creative ideas on our help page on shipping calculation here: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.shipping.php Aside from just using our actual USPS rate calculation (which you can disable by leaving your zipcode blank in your Seller Admin > Cart Shipping Settings), the alternate shipping formula we apply is: ((cost per oz.) X (product wt. + package wt.)) + (package cost) + (handling cost) Anything you can figure that will come out right within that formula, more power to ya. You can get real creative too, like making your general shipping cost/oz. setting for 1.00, then set the "weight" of each product to the flat-rate you want to charge for shipping each unit of that product. ;^) # POSTED ON: May 8, 2008 @ 16:45 GMT -7 |
