I see the sale showing up in the e-junkie sheet but the emails aer not arriving very fast. Since e-junkie has placed the entry into the sheet I know it is now a PayPal problem. Quesion now is it the e-junkie problem or mail problem? Anybody know? # POSTED ON: May 9, 2008 @ 12:16 GMT -7 |

Maybe both; PayPal did some maintenance last night that seemed to interrupt or delay some IPNs (instant payment notification, which our system uses to confirm the payment as good before we issue any thank-you emails/links), but our mailserver was also running slow and briefly causing messages to back up in our queue: http://www.e-junkie.com/bb/topic/2567 Both issues should be back to normal now. :^) # POSTED ON: May 9, 2008 @ 15:34 GMT -7 |

I still have one that has not been sent out. Maybe 2. I send the PINs in my e-junkie emails. How is that going to work if I do a resend? # POSTED ON: May 9, 2008 @ 15:51 GMT -7 |

If you do a resend, it will send a copy of the exact same email it would have sent before, including any order-specific info such as a stored code. # POSTED ON: May 9, 2008 @ 17:10 GMT -7 |

Ok. That email still has not been sent out. How can it be that they get lost in your system? That is not good. # POSTED ON: May 9, 2008 @ 17:37 GMT -7 |

Do you see your sales in E-junkie transaction logs? Have you sent a free email which is delayed? # POSTED ON: May 10, 2008 @ 16:10 GMT -7 |
