Starting yesterday, may 12th, my conversion data stopped in both google analytics and google adwords. I am still seeing clicks but not the sales. Was this due to the system issues? Is everyone else OK or is it just me? I have made no code changes so I have no idea why the transaction datajust stopped Denis # POSTED ON: May 13, 2008 @ 07:54 GMT -7 |

If things seem to have returned to normal by today, then I would infer that any lapse in your GA conversion tracking yesterday was indeed due to the DNS disruption initiated by our (former) upstream provider. We do apologize for any inconvenience. # POSTED ON: May 13, 2008 @ 12:00 GMT -7 |

I saw a note at the google analytics forum; they lost data for several days. It is being restored but some ecommerce data is gone. maybe that's what is happening to you. # POSTED ON: May 14, 2008 @ 09:29 GMT -7 |

Did you happen to paste your GA tracking code into your E-junkie thank-you page custom HTML? If so, please remove it -- we already pass conversion data to GA by default, so your additional GA code on the thank-you page would conflict with what what we're already doing on there. # POSTED ON: May 14, 2008 @ 17:04 GMT -7 |

think I have the answer - I believe the conversion code I use for godatafeed is conflicting with the ga conversion code - I will work on it and let you know # POSTED ON: May 14, 2008 @ 22:38 GMT -7 |
